Interim finance leadership
Bridging a vacancy until it is filled
When your head of finance leaves at short notice, I make sure closing, planning and reporting continue without interruption, and hand over in an orderly way to the successor.
- Managing month-end and year-end closing processes, together with your tax advisors and auditors
- Keeping cash planning and reporting on track
- Stabilising or building controlling and KPIs
- Supporting the selection and onboarding of the successor

Project, typically 4–12 weeks
One defined topic, one defined result. For cases that don’t require a permanent role.
- Driver-based financial model and business plan
- Setting up reporting, budgeting and investment controlling
- Preparing for due diligence or a financing round
- Finance processes and systems: closing process, automation, ERP selection and implementation
